Responsibilities
1.To implement of customer service functions, including, but not limited to effective inter-departmental communication and coordination, customer information record, credit and contract management;
2.Support importing and export business 3.Responsible for sales support for GC customers, key account and other assigned customers.
4.Establish sales related reports, maintain data accuracy and timely submission;
5.Share information with CS team, mutual BACKUP, to achieve the same goals;
6.Continuous process optimization of the customer service SOP.
7.Customer focus mindset, provide efficient service, to ensure smooth execution of contract and delivery;
8.Opportunities to work with customers which located outside of China.
Requirements
1. Customer focus mindset and posses good customer service skills.
2. Good in English proficiency;
3. Proficiency in office software, especially in excel;
4. Good team-work spirit
5. Able to work under minimum supervision and fast paced environment
6. Additional advantage if experience working in International trade flow.
