Position/Title:
Production Manager 生產經理
Educational requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or above
Major in Mechanical /Aerospace Engineering , Management, or related fields.
Preferred Masters in Business Administration (MBA)
Language Skill
Fluent spoken and written English. 英文流利
Qualification requirements
? Minimum of seven (7) years management and leadership experience or related experience.
? Demonstrated experience in establishing productivity goals, motivation of employees to ensuring production targets are achieved.
Certification requirements:
? CAAC Management training certificate.
? Lean Six Sigma Certification
? Quality Certificate preferred (ISO 9001, etc)
Job Responsibilities
? Demonstrate ability coach train and motivate production personnel to improve productivity and efficiency.
? Demonstrate ability to establish productivity goals, and effectively manage a team to achieve those goals.
? Responsible for all production activities and implementation of a production planning system to ensure production targets are met.
? Establish an effective production control system to ensure completion of production processes in time.
? Responsible for ensuring quality standard are met.
? Control production cost and operational expense to ensure within budget.
? Be responsible of making repair plan, deploy manpower and material, ensure to complete repair in accordance with repair plan.
? Be responsible of setting up and approving working procedure and improvement in production department.
? Identify and implement productivity improvement programs.
? Co-ordinate with each department to solve production problem, keep repair activity smoothly.
? Continuously improve the product quality during the production process, reduce rework and scrap rate.
? Be responsible of department of production safety, work environment requirement and 5S standard.
? Enhance the skills of the staff, analyze potentials and set up training plans.
? Be responsible for the appraisal system, including the setup of KPIs and implementation in production department.
? Track projects, coordinate internal resources to finish planning and implementation.
? Be responsible for PD staff recruitment and promotion.
? All other duties as assigned.

? 負責維修計劃的制定，人力和物力安排，確保生產部根據維修計劃準時按質完成工作步驟;

? 協調公司各個部門， 解決生產過程出現的問題， 保證生產維修活動的順利實施;
? 在生產過程中不斷提高產品質量，減少返工和報廢率;
? 負責本部門安全生產，工作環境要求和5S標準;
? 增強員工的技能，分析潛力并制定培訓計劃;
? 負責評估系統，包括KPI的設置和生產部門的實施;
? 負責生產部人員的招聘和晉升;
? 其他分配的各項任務.
Specific Job Skills（ if any）
? Leadership skills.
? Excellent interpersonal communication skills and coordination skills.
? Thoroughly familiar with CCAR-145, FAR Part 145 and the techniques, practices, aids, equipment, and tools used on determining airworthiness.
? Knowledge about the main production related ERP/SAP processes.
? Must have Safety Compliance knowledge.
